  • BENEFITS OF THIS COMPETITION

    • State Recognition: Your firm’s entry display panels will be exhibited this year at the Engineering Excellence Awards Banquet, and other ACEC Utah events.
    • Website Recognition: Award winners are posted to the acecutah.org website with a photo of your entry.
    • Client Benefits: We encourage you to invite your client to be recognized at the Engineering Excellence Awards Ceremony.
    • National Competition: Utah award-winning entries are eligible for the ACEC national competition.
    • Strengthening ties with client firms.
    • Increase office morale.

  • AWARDS

    All entrants will receive recognition and the opportunity to showcase their talent and expertise at the Engineering Excellence Awards Banquet on February 21, 2024. This event celebrates the outstanding achievements of the engineering profession. Awards will be presented during that banquet.
    One Grand Conceptor will be selected from among the Grand Award winners. Awards may be given in any or all of the categories at the discretion of the panel of judges. Each project will be judged on its own merit. All Award winners will be recognized at the ACEC Utah Engineering Excellence Awards Banquet.
    All local entries to ACEC Utah are eligible for the ACEC National Competition. National entries must be submitted independently by the engineering firm; entries are due January 5, 2024. ACEC will promote award winners through various media outlets (i.e., newspapers, trade publications).
