    Join ACEC Utah on January 9th for our Annual State Economic Outlook. We will be joined by one of the top economists in the state , Juliette Tennert, from the Kem Gardner Policy Institute at The University of Utah. Juliette previously served as the state budget director, chief economist for Governor Gary Herbert and Governor Jon Huntsman, and as a fiscal analyst for the Utah State Legislature.
